Abby has directed and choreographed for several intergenerational projects and is interested in nurturing the movement relationships revealed by the mixture of ages.

As a community dance artist Abby is passionate that dance is for everyone and has seen the benefits that it brings in her work in a variety of settings. These include leading regular and one-off sessions in dance studios, schools, nurseries, churches, sheltered housing, community halls and a psychiatric ward.  Abby is a tutor at The Garage, Norwich where she has taught contemporary dance to all ages including 8 years teaching Toddler Dance and 1 yr Baby Bop (3-12 months) and is the lead Early years dance tutor. Through her sessions parents and children learn to move, create and develop a dance partnership through play, imagery and improvisation.

Abby also has a background as a vocalist and keyboard player in various bands. In this context she has had the opportunity to mentor teenagers to play through improvisation.
