Sophie Fox
Sophie Fox is an artist, initially trained in textiles (BA hons) and printmaking (MA). She has worked in participatory arts since finishing her MA in 2001. Her multi-artform work brings together sculpture, surface design, costume, performance and music. In recent years Sophie has been working almost exclusively with early years groups and their families with her unique blend of exploratory creative play, music, performance and visual arts. Sophie sees very young children as creative collaborators and encourages families to become play partners through her work. Sophie is currently delivering high quality family music sessions for Great Yarmouth Community Trust and creating extraordinary installations at Norwich Puppet Theatre for families to explore and create in. She is also studying for an MA Ed. in early years music at CREC (The Centre for Research in Early Childhood). Sophie is thrilled to be part of the Magic Adventure team.
